Financial

We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms and help you receive the most from your insurance benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Payment is accepted in the office by check, cash, or any major credit card.

Cancellation

If you can’t keep an appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice, so another patient can be scheduled in your absence.
A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
